Joyland

Joyland is located on the Golden Mile, right along Marine Parade, close to the Britannia Pier.

Joyland opened for the first time in 1949 with its iconic ‘Snails’ and ‘Tubs’ ride and they are still in popular demand to this day. Joyland is a classic seaside amusment park made for family fun.

Caister Castle Car Museum is located on the grounds of Caister Castle close to Great Yarmouth.

The Museum is one of the largest private collections of vintage cars and motorbikes in the UK. It displays over 120 classic vehicles, which includes rare vehicles and significant models as well as motorbikes.

Caister castle is located around 4 miles just North of Great Yarmouth off the A149 but there is also the option to follow the brown tourist signs.

Lydia Eva

Lydia Eva is an extraordinary steam-powered drifter which was built in 1930, and it is currently moored at South Quay in Great Yarmouth.

Jurassic Journey in Great Yarmouth is an interactive dinosaur attraction. Located on the seafront, it offers an educational experience where visitors can explore animatronic dinosaurs and learn about the animals that once roamed earth.

The exhibits feature realistic animatronics, sound effects and make-believe environment that make you feel like you have been transported back to the Jurassic period.

One of the main features of the exhibits is the fossil dig, where children and adults can be palaeontologists for the day.

The dinosaur trail takes you through various habitats, where it offers encounters with popular dinosaurs such as the T – Rex and Triceratops. The interactive exhibits provide interesting facts about dinosaur behaviours and their environment.

Jurassic Journey is recommended for families, especially those with dinosaur enthusiasts.

Opening Times:  Tuesday-Sunday: 11am-6pm, Monday: 11am-3pm.
