Fishing Clubs and Events
If you are a regular visitor to the Norfolk Broads for fishing trips joining a club is a great way to make catches from some of the best pegs in the region. Membership can often be limited and, depending on the location and time of year, could see potential new members added to a waiting list. For this reason, it is important to plan ahead and contact clubs about membership well in advance of your visit.
Clubs often host match fishing events throughout the year. The Broads are a very popular location for competition, with some of the finest anglers in the world travelling to the area. These events usually run across multiple rounds at different locations thorough the season. There are often charity events, usually over a weekend, which could enable to more casual anglers to experience competitive fishing.
