Norwich Cathedral Treasure Trail
The Norwich Cathedral Treasure Trail has a murder mystery theme, making it ideal for Halloween and dark winter evenings. The trail begins on Princes Street and then leads you through the centre of the city, asking you to solve clues on the way. As you go, you’ll pass St Andrews Street, Elm Hill, and the Cathedral Grounds, before ending up back at the start point of the route. With each clue, you’ll learn something new about Norwich, its history, and the landmarks that many of us walk past every day.
Difficulty
The Norwich Cathedral Treasure Trail is approximately one and a half miles long and should take around 90 minutes to complete. However, if you’re walking with small children, you may need to allow a little longer for them to decipher the clues and get to the next location. The trail is accessible to pushchairs, however, people in wheelchairs may not be able to access all points on the route.
There are clues tailored for different age groups, making the walk suitable for participants aged six to 100.
